1. Objective of the Position / 岗位目标：
To provide physical characterization testing services and solutions to R&D local teams as well as to external customers. To assist the engineers in developping and adapting new testing methods. To support the engineers on sample&equipment management in order to keep high efficiency and occupancy. The work will mainly be focus on mechanical and optical characterizations.
向公司内部R&D和外部客户提供物理特性测试服务和解决方案。协助工程师发展和适应新的测试方法。支持工程师管理样品和设备以确保高效率和高占有率。工作主要集中在机械特性和光学分析方面。

2. Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责：
1) Laboratory support-Analyze the results and write high quality reports after acquiring enough information from costumer or additional sources - As example of tasks:
a/ Know well of LIMS and use it effectively for daily work: Talk/discuss with the costumer if necessary; b/ Ensure the status of the equipment; c/ Perform the test following the SOP or other specific procedure after validation with engineer; d/ Interpretate the results of the analysis; e/ Provide to customer precise and good quality report after validation with engineer or supervisor . f/ Etc....
1）实验室支持－执行测试并分析结果，且写出高质量报告。如下：
a/ 了解并有效使用实验室LIMS流程：必要时与顾客交流商讨测试方案；
b/ 在工程师的帮助下，保证设备状态；
c/ 在与工程师确认后，根据标准操作流程或其他特殊程序执行测试；
d/ 解释分析结果；
e/ 在与工程师或主管确认后向客户提供准确且高质量的报告；
f/其他。

3.Qualification & Skills/任职条件：
1) Mechanical Manufacture and Automation background
2) College above. Candidates should have related background
3) General English in both written and spoken
4) Open minded, hard working,initiative,formulation, ability to become autonomous, curious.

1) 机械制造及其自动化专业背景
2) 大专以上。相关专业背景要求
3) 一般水平英语说写能力
4) 思路灵活开阔，工作踏实认真
