1.Objective of the Position/岗位目标:
Responsible for performing grinding test or support R&D product development activities.
主要执行磨削测试以及支持研发项目

2.Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why)/工作职责:
1）60% - Conduct performance tests on rough, precision and ultra-precision abrasive products using CNC machines (OD, ID , surface grinding). These tests may be standard with established procedures. These tests may also be non-standard, requiring attention to test methods, procedures, data collection and analysis. Conduct grinding tests on various metallic and other nonmetallic materials. Quantify performance and property measurements through the use of various tools, gages, measuring and recording instruments. Log all measurements onto data sheets and computers using Microsoft Excel.
60% 使用CNC，半自动或手动磨床（外圆，内圆，平面）做粗磨，精磨或超精密磨削测试，以测试磨料磨具的性能。测试部分是有标准操作流程的标准测试。部分是非标测试，需要技术员关注测试的方法，收集数据及分析数据。使用各种测量设备，量具进行磨削测量。并把测量的数据记录测量数据表格中（excel)

2）30% - Technical support to engineer for R&D project. Design fixture and maintenace of the machine.
Generate summary information including graphs and charts which describe the performance test results. These summaries may be standardized or special depending on the type of test. This candidate needs to be capable of working closely with the engineers and customers.
20%- 支持工程师的研发项目，设计夹具，维护机床。使用各种图表来描述实验测试的结果来总结实验。这是总结可能是标准的格式也可能非标的。技术员因该有能与不同的工程师和客户精密合作

3）5% - Keep machines and equipment clean; correct malfunctions when they occur. Notify supervisor when outside service is needed
清洁整理设备及负责的实验室。发现错误是及时汇报和更正。外出工作时，能及时通知及会报给对应的主管

4）5% - Assist in developing special new test procedures.

3.Qualification & Skills/任职条件:
1）Background:
Mechanical Manufacture and Automation
2）College above degree . 大专及以上学历
3）Experiences：
-Five years or above in machine tool machining (Grinding was prefered)
5年及以上加工经验（磨床操作更佳）
-Be skilled in operating grinder, lathe and milling machine, etc.
精通磨削，车削和铣床操作
-Preferable: be known of simple mechanical design (using Autocad software)懂基本的机械设计（使用2D,3D设计软件更佳）
-Have strong capability of maintenance and service for machine tool and relevant equipment
熟悉机床及相关仪器设备的维护
-Be preferable to know abrasives and grinding
懂磨料磨具／砂轮选型及磨削技术更佳
-Have the experience of locksmith and measurement tools
有使用Loto锁具或测量工具的经验
-Preferable: using of computers for data acquisition analysis and graphing.
会使用计算机收集和整理数据更加
4）Fluently English in both written and spoken
流利水平英语听说读写能力
5）Open and flexible minded, initiative,efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.
思路开阔灵活，有效率，有自制力。
